How it works

1. Fill in the details below so we can find your report. There are no accounts, so we identify reports by date, place and content.
2. Press Send request by email. Your email app opens with the message ready — just send it.
3. We reply within one month, as required by the GDPR. We may ask a question to make sure the report is yours.

Good to know

• Deleting a report also deletes its photo and any trap catch counts linked to it.
• Please don't include extra personal details beyond what we need to find the report.
